You get 30 days and 300 credits on Starter, no card. Choose a plan when you want to continue. If you do not, the account becomes read-only after 30 days: you can view and export everything, but not change it until a plan is chosen.

Upload uses credits per PDF page and starts processing the drawing and its legend. Read label / Read system uses credits per read that finds a code. Detect pipes is charged in tiers S, M, L and XL, depending on how many pipes were assigned to a system. A read that finds nothing costs nothing, and drawing annotations yourself is free. What each action used is shown in the history in the app.

You get a warning when 20 % of the month’s credits are left. An action starts as long as the balance is above zero and costs what it actually cost, so the last one can take the balance below zero. The shortfall is taken from the next top-up. At zero, new paid actions pause, but you can still draw annotations yourself, review and export. Buy a credit pack or move up a plan.

Credits included in the plan are valid for the month and do not carry over. Purchased credits are valid for twelve months. On an annual plan too, the allowance arrives one month at a time.

Yes. Credits belong to the company, not to a person. Starter has 1 user, Team up to 3, Business up to 10 and Enterprise unlimited. Everyone draws from the same pool.

By card on Starter and Team. On Business and Enterprise by card or invoice, in advance. Annual plans give two months free.

Mark the drawing in the app. What that drawing cost is refunded, and we reply within one working day on what went wrong. This applies in every plan, including the trial.
