Read label / Read system uses credits per read that finds a code, even when you are working manually. Detect pipes is charged in tiers S, M, L and XL, based on the number of pipes assigned to a system. Pipes without a system do not count, and a read that finds nothing costs nothing. Drawing annotations yourself is free, and so are review, 3D and export. A new automated run that you start is charged separately. COMMON QUESTIONS ## Questions about pricing How does the trial work?+ You get 30 days and 300 credits on Starter, no card. Choose a plan when you want to continue. If you do not, the account becomes read-only after 30 days: you can view and export everything, but not change it until a plan is chosen. What does a drawing cost?+ Upload uses credits per PDF page and starts processing the drawing and its legend. Read label / Read system uses credits per read that finds a code. What each action used is shown in the history in the app. What happens when my credits run out?+ You get a warning when 20 % of the month’s credits are left. An action starts as long as the balance is above zero and costs what it actually cost, so the last one can take the balance below zero. The shortfall is taken from the next top-up. At zero, new paid actions pause, but you can still draw annotations yourself, review and export. Buy a credit pack or move up a plan. Do credits expire?+ Credits included in the plan are valid for the month and do not carry over. Purchased credits are valid for twelve months. On an annual plan too, the allowance arrives one month at a time. Can several people share credits?+ Yes. Credits belong to the company, not to a person. Starter has 1 user, Team up to 3, Business up to 10 and Enterprise unlimited. Everyone draws from the same pool. How do we pay?+ By card on Starter and Team. On Business and Enterprise by card or invoice, in advance. Annual plans give two months free.
